Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
Creating a catch-all mailbox will be exceptionally easy if you have a Linux cloud hosting service with our company. You can activate the feature through our powerful, yet user-friendly Email Manager tool, which is an integral part of the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will administer your shared hosting account. You’ll see all the email addresses that you’ve created enumerated alphabetically and next to each of them there will be a mini "Catch-all" icon, which will instantly reveal to you if a specific mailbox receives all the emails pertaining to a given domain or not. With one single mouse click on the icon you can enable or disable this feature at any time. In case there is enabled email forwarding or if some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a specific domain, you’ll get a warning notice from our system. The latter will not replace/disable anything automatically or without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all option can be activated without any effort in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you have created with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be listed in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will notice a mini logo conveniently located right next to each of them. With just one mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice as long as there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature through the contextual menu that will show up. If any of the preconditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will let you know, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
